Bincheng District
Bincheng District being the original Binzhou City, which is at the county level, is located at the lower reaches of the Yellow River, on the north plain of Shandong Province and in the center of the Yellow River Delta with the total area of 1040 square km. The total population is 0.60 million. It is the place where the Party Committee and Government of Binzhou City stay and also the center of politics, economy, culture and information in the city.
