Brief introduction of Dagao Aviation Industry Park
It was founded in June 2003, which was with approval with the government of Shandong province to be Dagao Aviation Industry Park in December 2007. As a hi-tech development zone of Shandong province, its planning area was 20 sq.km., and located in Zhanhua, Binzhou, Shandong, further more, it has built a connected road network of 16.7 km. Up to now, 5.8sq.km is occupied and we still have 14.2 available. We can also take use of electric recourse and the transformer substation of 35kv which is being built. What’s more, we have a reservoir containing 2 million cube water and an independent water supply station on the stocks to fill our needs for our manufacture and life. A sewage treatment plant which can deal with 10 thousand cube water a day is also in the planning. The office buildings, aviation apartment buildings, navigation buildings and staff dormitory buildings which cover a total area of 15,500 square meters have been put into use, and the parking apron is about 36,000 square meters. The 4C-class general aviation runway which is 2000 meters long, 45 meters wide, has been installed NDB navigation system and lighting system of navigation assistant, can be used. The garage, about 2,880 square meters, can accommodate 30 DA40 planes, and the workshop of 28,700 square meters can meet the needs of producing 500 DA40 planes per year. Currently, the park with comprehensive supply of water, electricity, warm, road, message, broadband and so on, basically matches the requirements of developing general aviation and hi-tech projects. Ⅰ. Geographical superiority Dagao Aviation Industry Park is in Zhanhua County. In its 3 hours’ driving range, there are 8 large and mid cities, 7 airports, 3 highways and 4 large and mid ports. The No.205 national road goes through the south part of the park. There are 1.3km to the exit of Jinshan highway. It is also very near to Bingang Railway and Huangda Railway, so the traffic is convenient. The park is in the middle zone among Beijing, Qingdao and Jinan, the 3 most important airlines in Huadong and Huabei keep away from the airspace of the aviation industry park. There is no big barrier in the air in the range of 20km. The area is in the warm temperate continental climate zone; the sleety weather is little, so there are about 310 days suitable for flying every year. Ⅱ. Technique superiority Binzhou College takes General airport as their flight-training base for the major of aviation technology. The college, the first one authorized by Ministry of National Education and the Civil Aviation Administration to teach aviation technology undergraduate course, and been taken the lead in establishing wingman ship in more than 2,000 ordinary institutions all over the country, has rich educational experience in teaching, and also abundant resource of students and teaching theory. To improve the technology of airplane manufacture and making production costs lower, Composite Materials Research Institute was founded, authorized by the municipal government, which is supported by Binzhou College, to study on composite material. The project of Shandong Bin’ao airplane manufacture has obtained the authentication and POA document of EASA. Ⅲ. Policy superiority Projects under construction are supported by the National Civil Aviation Administration, the Air Force, the party committees and governments at all levels. Government of city and county provides preferential policies of land, taxation and general aviation infrastructure for projects, which helps to build a leading general aviation city in China and also well-known all over the world. Ⅳ. Current situation Currently, the park is successful in projects of airplane manufacturing, flying training and general aviation exhibition. Binzhou Dagao General Aviation City Co. Limited was established in 2003. The main businesses are aeroshow, pilots training, airplane assembling, leisure tour and general aviation. It has the runway NDB guidance system and navigation light system, so it is suitable for developing the projects of flying training, flying tour, flying club and general aviation exhibition. The company has businesses with General Aviation Training Center of China Civil Aviation, Harbin Feilong International Aviation Training Co. Limited, and Beijing Pan American Aviation School. Shandong Bin’ao airplane manufacturing project is invested by Austria Diamond airplane manufacturing Co. limited and Binzhou Dagao General Aviation City Co. limited. Its main business is Diamond DA40 series plane production, services, supply and sale. The project promotes the adjustment of industry structure of Shandong, and has big development space. The First China International General Aviation Industry Fair has been held successfully in Dagao Aviation Industry Park. It is a good stage for the development of general aviation industry. Ⅴ. Cooperation direction The main cooperation projects: aviation equipment manufacturing, assembling, flying training, aviation exhibition, aviation logistics, aviation club, aviation tour, general aviation industry, electronic instrument, digital information, new material, Biological Pharmacy, exploitation of real estate and leisure tour.
