The zone has nine small zones and one sector: Weiqiao textile industrial zone, aluminium technology zone, food industrial zone, chemical industrial zone, light industrial zone, processing zone, metallurgy and engineering industrial zone, the first industry zone, the second industry zone, resident and public service sector.

Policies

1. Land policies: The land-using procedure of foreign investment project is dealt by the government; land-using time can be managed according to the longest deadline; specific price is consultatively decided according to project nature、investment scale、land-using time、land-using scale etc. For general project, the price of land is below CNY 0.43million per mu. 2. Monetary policies: The profit of foreign investment project can freely remit money; the demanding current assets loan is recommend preferentially to bank by relevant sector of county government. In the same condition, foreign investment project has capital-fusing priority. 3. Power steam supplying policies: Electricity of 10kv can be transported to the zone, meanwhile electricity charger is 8% lower than Shandong electricity-net's charge of power for production, and other charges of electricity are exempted. 4. Certificate dealing: We put into effect quick-service in accordance with open、fair、convenient and efficient principle to offer better service. 5. Reward policies: The Financial Bureau gives certain capital upholding in 5 years according to the enterprise's dedication to technology reforming or a second so-and-so producing. 6. Other policies: The water offering、transportation、employing of foreign investment project, and the household management、medical treatment receiving、nursery school entering and school entering of the investor, they can enjoy the same right as the local enterprises and resident.

Environment

The zone covers 18km ㎡. It is located in the heart of the communication and technology development in the middle of Shandong province. Jiqing Expressway and Shouji Province Road pass through the zone; newly constructed Zouzhou Railway joins together with Jiaoji Railway; the zone is 35km away from Jinan Intl Airport, 259km away from Qingdao Harbor. There are two power supply systems which are 35kv and 110kv, a mass supply of water for production and daily life, well-equipped roads, heating steam and communication systems.

III. Enterprises of EDZ Area

Survey

1. Weiqiao Textile Industrial Zone: The zone covers an area of 180 hectares. The total investment is CNY 3 million. It will be built to be a large multiple-producing zone, including spinning 、weaving、dyeing &  finishing and electric power station.
2. Zouping Aluminium Co.,Ltd: It is a large-scale enterprise. The total capital is CNY 1.5 billion.
3. Zouping Yikang Glcy Co.,Ltd: The company has CNY 400 million total investment. And it is a high technology enterprise of producing anhydrous dextrose.
4. The Second Textile Zone of Weiqiao, Zouping: The main industry is weaving and weaving machine. And USD 260 million is invested to the zone which covers 2600 mu.
