Binzhou Business Development Bureau, Foreign Investment Centre
The Foreign Investment Centre at the Binzhou Business Development Bureau was established to provide help and support on foreign investment matter. The center helps foreign investors understand Binzhou’s foreign investment policies by providing information to them and establihing communication channels between foreign investors and Binzhou. The center is also responsible for maintaining the Binzhou Business Development Bureau website, so that investors can get the most up-to-date information when they need it.
Binzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce
The Binzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce is responsible for regulating and managing commerce affair in Binzhou. The Bureau’s major responsibilities include to formulate strategies, guidelines and policies on trading and investments, to encourage business collaboration between Binzhou, Hong Kong and Macau, to provide infrastructure and resources for domestic and foreign trading, to establish regulations and measures on import and export, to help resolve major issues in foreign trading between trading parties, to provide effort for promoting foreign trading and investments, and to provide and ensure safeguard measures for fair trade on import, export and domestic trading.
Binzhou Foreign Affair Office
The Binzhou Foreign Affair Office is in charge of the city’s foreign affairs with mandates to implement strategies, policies, laws, regulations and rules concerning foreign affairs, to oversee the reception of visiting state/party delegations, foreign guests and China-based foreign diplomats on their business trips to Binzhou, to organize friendly exchanges between Binzhou and other cities including Hong Kong and Macau, to provide guidance on business trades between Binzhou, Hong Kong and Macau and to provide assistance on exhibitions hosting, IP rights enforcement, legal counseling and commercial arbitration.
CCPIT Binzhou Subsidiary
Established in May 1952, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) is formed by enterprises and organizations representing the economic and trade sectors in China. It is the most important and the largest institution for the promotion of foreign trade in China. The CCPIT Binzhou Subsidary aims to operate and promote foreign trade, to use foreign investment, to introduce advanced foreign technologies, to conduct activities of Sino-foreign economic and technological cooperation in various forms, to promote the development of economic and trade relations between Binzhou and other regions around the world, and to promote the mutual understanding and friendship between Binzhou and professionals across the world.
